Below the Fold
Below the fold refers to all the content on a webpage that is only visible to the user after they scroll down. Because this content is not critical for the initial view, its loading should be deferred to improve performance. For example, images that are below the fold should be lazy-loaded to speed up the initial rendering of the page.
