Domain Coalescing
Domain Coalescing is an optimization technique where resources that would normally be loaded from multiple different domains are instead consolidated and loaded from a single domain. This reduces the number of parallel network connections needed and eliminates the DNS lookup, TCP connection, and TLS handshake overhead for each additional domain. This improves overall page load performance.
