Cache

A cache is a high-speed, temporary storage layer designed to store copies of website files (like HTML, images, and scripts) closer to the user. Serving a file from a cache is significantly faster than fetching it from the main Origin Server, as it reduces both Network Time and server load. Speed Kit utilizes a multi-layered caching strategy, including the server-side Backend Cache, a globally distributed Edge Cache, and a client-side Service Worker Cache in the user's browser.
