DOM Size

DOM Size refers to the total number of elements (nodes) and the complexity of their nesting within a page's HTML structure. A large and complex DOM can slow down page rendering and responsiveness, as the browser must do more work to calculate styles and layouts. Reducing DOM size is a key optimization for improving rendering performance and Interaction to Next Paint (INP).
