Prefetch

Prefetch is a resource hint (``) that tells a browser to fetch a resource with low priority because it might be needed for a *future* navigation. The browser can then download this resource during idle time when there is spare bandwidth available. This is different from Preload, which is a high-priority hint for a resource needed on the *current* page.
